Timothy Chan
Partner
Timothy Chan represents clients navigating workers’ compensation, immigration, and related litigation matters. He approaches each case by examining the record, explaining the governing process, and preparing clients for administrative or court proceedings.
Born and raised in the heart of Los Angeles, Timothy has always been deeply rooted in the communities of Southern California. He studied finance at California State University, Northridge (CSUN), and went on to earn his law degree from Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University. After this foundational training, he spent more than a decade standing up for employees and injured workers.
For Timothy, the practice of law is about far more than winning cases—it is about restoring dignity, advocating for fairness, and guiding clients through some of the most difficult seasons of their lives. He draws daily inspiration from the words of Jesus: “To whom much is given, much is required.”
Outside the office, Timothy is a devoted husband, mentor, and active member of his community. He and his wife dedicate their time to teaching and mentoring youth across Los Angeles. He is also a lifelong learner, with interests in history, theology, politics, sports, music, and cultures from around the world. And, of course, he remains a proud fan of Los Angeles sports and the vibrant culture that defines Southern California.
